Stand Up Paddle Boarding offers a fun and unique way to enjoy the outdoors, while simultaneously experiencing a workout. Those who are looking to enhance overall body awareness, stability, strength, and core endurance while having fun in the sun are highly encouraged to give it a try! We offer Private Lessons only at this time, which include basic paddling techniques, turning, and instruction on how to perform various yoga postures while on the board.
Sessions are one hour in length and will begin with a dry-land briefing covering water safety and balance. Those interested in booking a session are highly encouraged to contact us well in advance.
